Recent idemix change causing Java End2EndIdemixIT failure

    Description

      Something recently introduced in fabric is causing the Java End2EndIdemixIT test to fail with not enough endorser error. The error below is now being seen in all recent Java SDK CRs.

       

      java.lang.AssertionError: Test failed with error : java.lang.AssertionError: Test failed with java.util.concurrent.CompletionException exception java.lang.AssertionError: Not enough endorsers for invoke(move a,b,100):2 endorser error: Channel Channel{id: 333, name: foo} Sending proposal with transaction: f7e55d65c81d704fe611b09cb4fe7d8e4de1f602e0776833ec93ff40cdeef388 to Peer{ id: 337, name: peer0.org1.example.com, channelName: foo, url: grpcs://localhost:7051} failed because of: gRPC failure=Status{code=UNKNOWN, description=access denied: channel [foo] creator org [idemixMSPID1], cause=null}. Was verified: false
