    Description

      ResetLastUpdatedOldBlocksList() can be removed in v2.1. From v2.0 onwards, we do not store the last updatedBlksList (refer to FAB-16104). Only to support the rolling upgrade from v142 to v2.0, we retain the ResetLastUpdatedOldBlocksList() in v2.0.
