      Description

      As part of our future permanent network test scenarios, we need to stand up a Kubernetes-based network.

      Since the intent is to remove and add nodes dynamically we can start with simple topologies:

      • 2 orgs
      • 2 peers with CA's
      • 5 orderers
      • 1 channel
      • Java, Node and Go chaincode types

      We need to launch these networks via Azure once the launch pipeline is ready so we can make use of
