Remove security groups at tear-down phase for both tests and playbooks

    Description

      Currently integration tests don't remove dynamically created AWS security groups.

      'aws_manage' playbook might fail during security groups removal as well.

      Need to fix that since it pollutes the list of AWS account's used resources.
