Integrate and run PBFT View Changer simulation tests with a real implementation

  • Orderer service
  • Checkpointer service
  • WriteReqManager
• Database manager needs to use real instances of Ledgers and states (especially audit ledger one). It can use in-memory storages to speed-up tests.
• Network needs to be mocked up.
