Use indy-sdk for integration tests in plenum

Use indy-sdk to send requests to the pool (instead if current python client) in plenum tests.
Do it for as much tests as possible. If there are some tests where we can not do it because of, for example, a missing feature/specific in libindy, then please create separate tickets for this.
